Initiate Your Request
Log into your iConCity account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a successful inspection process.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
